Reservation Statuses

Status shows the current state of a reservation: whether it is confirmed, if the guest is in the establishment or the reservation was cancelled. You can specify the status in the sidebar when creating or editing a reservation.

Five reservation statuses are provided:

1. Not confirmed
2. Confirmed
3. In progress
4. Completed
5. Cancelled

INDICATORS AND ALERTS

The color of the reservation card helps quickly determine its current status.

Color Indicators on Timeline:

1. Yellow — status "Confirmed"
2. Orange — status "Not confirmed"
3. Green — status "In progress"
4. Dark green — status "Completed"
5. Pink — status "Not confirmed", if guest is late
6. Light blue — status "Confirmed", if guest is late
7. Red — status "Cancelled"

Color Indicators on Floor Plan:

1. Yellow — status "Confirmed"
2. Orange — status "Not confirmed"
3. Green — status "In progress"
4. Pink — status "Not confirmed", if guest is late
5. Light blue — status "Confirmed", if guest is late

Additional Alerts:

• Text alerts for late arrival — displayed on the reservation card on the timeline from the first minute of guest delay.

• Text alerts for reservation end — shows how much time remains until the end of the guest's visit.
